supplies for students
The handbook says we can't visit, but we can drop packages off in mornings. Is it also possible to ship things to a student(postal service or UPS)?

Yes, you can ship things. The mailing address is on the back page of the "Information for Parents" brochure that was part of the student mailing. The specific room # will be sent in June with course and roommate assignments.

I don't think there's a grocery store that students can go to since you have to stay on campus, but I'm sure the dining hall will have fresh fruit. You also might be able to sweet talk an RA to pick fruit up for you at a store... if you're nice. I have been known to offer to pick things up for the ladies on my hall when I have time.

The dining hall definitely has fresh fruit (which is free! Yay!). I also believe that there's some fruit available for sale - along with a few other packaged food items - in the store in the student union.
