Things to Bring: "Studentiade" seminar Empty Things to Bring: "Studentiade" seminar

Post by sjohnso3 Mon Jun 22, 2009 9:33 am

This was posted elsewhere on the discussion board and an email was sent, but thought it wouldn't hurt to put it here, too.

Below is the letter from the seminar instructor, Sarah, that was referenced in the second mailing but which did not make its way into all the envelopes. If you aren't in this seminar, pay this no mind. (And why did you click to read this topic anyway? Suspect )

Dear Studentiens of the Studentiade,

Please choose a single topic. This may include: your work (as an artist or scholar), your obsessions (as they relate to art, dance, theater, music, literature...), fashion, food, history, life, architecture, politics, film, furniture, music, umbrellas, community, etc., etc., etc. Take 10 photographs that best illustrate/ explain your topic. Be creative. Be artistic. Be expressive. Be concise. Burn these images to a CD or load them onto a flash drive in the order in which you would like for them to appear. Bring this to Governor's School for use during the first week of class. If you have any questions or concerns, send me an email
(sarah.c.tea@gmail.com).

Thanks! See you soon!

Sarah
