Instrument=Weapon? Empty Instrument=Weapon?

Post by Emac Sat May 30, 2009 8:46 am

I know it says no weapons or look-a-likes

But I play the musical saw, so I guess that constitutes as a weapon. but the teeth are only decoration and in no way sharp. So I didn't know if it would be allowed...

I mean, I guess I don't have to bring it, but I just wanted to know if there was any way I could and like just keep it in my room.

I really don't think I would constitute a saw as a weapon. If you get down to it, almost anything can technically be used as a weapon - a sharpened pencil could do some serious harm or better yet, a pair of scissors. Or you could wallop somebody with a violin, I suppose.

So, bring it I say. And just don't brandish it like a weapon and all should be fine.
