Help with a study on creativity!

Im Dr Dow: assistant psychology professor and director of the Creativity Research Lab at CNU.
I will be visiting the Governors School to conduct a study on creativity and cognitive ability. I am hoping you will be interested in taking part in this study. Ill be there to explain further details and distribute the informed consent form to you & your parents/guardians at Opening Ceremonies.
I have also posted this form (http://tinyurl.com/ndxqtr) so feel free to bring a signed copy with you.
