The Dances
Okay, so the Through The Decades dance is pretty self explanatory, and so's Around the World, but what's All Holiday's Eve? Are we supposed to dress like different holidays?
Re: The Dances
Also how formal is this masquerade ball at the end??

The themes mean whatever you want them to! Ok, maybe not whatever, but it's pretty open. Some people go all out and others don't. All Holiday's Eve is wearing something to represent a holiday. Be creative! there are lots of random holidays. Someone should be a peep for Easter, I think. As for the ball, it can be formal or not. Really it's all up to you. I love seeing what everyone comes up with

Re: The Dances
If ever I am able to upload things to our website again, I really do want to get the pictures from the dances last year up. It gives you a sense of the range of costumes students (and faculty and RAs) wear. You can go all out, you can make a gesture.
Also, students will bring lots of stuff they have and share and swap on their hall to create things for one another.
I always think the last dance is a great excuse to wear that outfit you bought and can only wear once to your high school semi-formal because you can't repeat. Though comfortable shoes are a must. Fashion definitely takes second fiddle IMHO.
